Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@poorguyshop.com.

After 24 hours, all sales are final as we will begin processing and preparing your order.

Please note: All payment and refund transactions may incur a handling fee (approximately 10%) charged by credit card companies or PayPal. This fee will be borne by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been used. We guarantee that all products shipped are brand new and unused.

First-time order customers may request a one-time size exchange (style changes are not allowed). To qualify:

The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and gifts included.

You must email us to confirm the exchange request. Once verified, we will provide you with the correct return address in your country.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages

We will handle such cases with priority and provide solutions, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
