It is impossible for the internal form of a crystal to exist exactly the same, meaning that there are not exactly two identical crystal beads in the world. Natural impurities in crystals are also unavoidable. However, the crystals we use are of the same grade as the ones shown in the pictures.

I would like a custom design. Is that possible?
Sometimes yes, it depends on the bracelet and what you envision is possible with this particular bracelet. We can only customize what we currently have in stock. Keep in mind that for a custom design, the price of the bracelet may change. Please reach out to us at hello@poorguyshop.com with your design ideas, and we will let you know what we can do!
I don’t know my wrist size?
No worries! If you place the order, we will reach out to you through email (check your spam folder) to assist you with that. If you need assistance/ want to know your wrist size before placing your order, you can reach out to us at hello@poorguyshop.com
I would need to resize my bracelet?
Of course, we understand that getting the size right the first time can be a little tricky. We can definitely help you with resizing. Keep in mind that if you need resizing, you have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return your items to us.Please send an email to hello@poorguyshop.com for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!
It is a gift. How do I know the wrist size?
We have a gift guidance page: Measure Your Wrist. You can always reach out to us if you need any assistance. If the person has ordered from Aurum Brothers before, let us know, and we can easily look up their wrist size.Alternatively we also have e-gift cards.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Once your parcel is shipped out, your tracking will show "Label Created" or "Label created, not yet in system." Once the carrier picks up and scans the parcel, your tracking will be updated. Sometimes, it takes time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking, even though the parcel has left our warehouse. In this event, please be patient or reach out directly to the carrier.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
How should I reach out if I have a concern?
Please email us directly at hello@poorguyshop.com. That is our only customer support email. Please do not send your inquiries to any of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) as we may not see it
What happens if my order is lost?
The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost/stolen package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I was looking at a bracelet, but it was out of stock. When will it be back?
Reach out to us, and we can check if we have any small inventory left or assist you with finding a good alternative bracelet. Or follow our community on discord for pre-sale dates to be posted. You can get the latest news on all the goods.
I need it quickly because the birthday/anniversary/party is already in a few days!
If you’ve already placed the order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. Most of the time, we can prioritize your order and create it within 1 business day or even within a few hours. For transport, we use priority shipping to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. Can they be worn when working out, showering, or at the beach?
We strongly discourage wearing bracelets during certain activities, as they can damage both gemstones and metal over time. The durability of the stones varies; some are harder and more resistant, while others are softer and more susceptible to damage.
