Due to the ongoing global situation, we are currently not able to ship our items to some countries.
Please check our shipping page to view which countries we currently ship to and their estimated delivery times.

All orders are processed and shipped normally, but slight delays are possible due to the carrier’s backlog.
Rest assured we are taking all the necessary actions to ensure the health and safety of our community near & far.

The shipping is FREE for all orders above $79.

How to track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the parcel at your own convenience.

Besides, you can always track the order on our website here, and if you have any doubts about the displayed tracking number status, feel free to contact us.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

We ship all orders within 24 hours, however, delivery times vary depending on the location.

Your purchased product will usually reach you within 6-15 business days

My parcel is not moving or updating - What should I do?

Sometimes carriers experience a slight delay in updating tracking statuses.
This can happen due to bad weather, holidays, customs checks, and backlogs.

However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the package is not on the way to your address.
Please allow additional 3-5 days for the tracking number to be updated.

In case you have any concerns, or the tracking number is not updated even after a few days, please contact us.

I haven't received my order yet - Whom should I contact?

If you haven’t received the order within the expected delivery times, please reach out to us and we’ll check everything right away.

In case the tracking number shows your parcel has arrived in your city, feel free to contact the post office for more information about the delivery.

Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers provided during purchase. In case there is a mistake in your shipping information, please let us know as soon as possible.

What should I do if my tracking number is not recognized on the carrier's website?

Please allow 48 hours for an update to be displayed on the tracking site. It can happen that carriers experience slight delays, and additional time is required for the tracking number to be updated.

In case you have any concerns, or you can’t track your parcel even after a few days, please contact us. We’ll check everything right away.

Can I add a non-English shipping address?

Even though we are shipping worldwide, our carriers are requesting for the shipping address to be written in English.
Also, the phone number is required when providing shipping information so the carrier can easily contact you.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.
So, if you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to assist you.

How do I cancel my order?

When you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast!
The packing and shipping process starts immediately. Once the order is processed at the warehouse we are not able to cancel it, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order so we can react right away.

I accidentally ordered more than 1 product - What should I do?

Don't panic! We're here to help!

Until your order is shipped, we can absolutely change it. Therefore, if you accidentally ordered more than one item, please contact us as soon as possible because we process the orders within 24 hours.

What currency are your prices listed in?

The prices on our website are displayed in your local currency. However, you can freely change it based on your preferences. In the bottom-right corner of the website, there is a drop-down menu and you can choose the desired currency which will be displayed. Your total order price will be automatically calculated by your issuing bank, based on the daily exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Why did the price increase at the checkout?

The prices shown on our website refer only to the value of the products.
Once you move to the checkout, a delivery fee may be added to the total purchase price. Feel free to check the delivery fees on the checkout page.
However, if the price difference is much higher than stated on our website, please contact us and our team will happily check this for you.

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

Unfortunately, customs charges applied to international shipments are out of our hands. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. For more information about possible delivery charges, we suggest contacting your local customs office.

Chakras and crystals - connection?

According to yogic tradition, the human body is made of channels and energy centers through which prana, or life force, flows. These energy centers are called chakras.

Even though there are 114 energy centers distributed throughout all areas of the body, seven major chakras are believed to influence your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Which crystals should not get in contact with water?

Any crystal that is a 5 or below on the Mohs hardness scale should not be put in water. If left in water for an extended period of time, these crystals will dissolve or crack. Some harder crystals should be kept away from water as well. These include crystals that contain minerals that can rust or can release toxins into the water. Selenite, Malachite, Calcite, Fluorite, Rhodochrosite, Hematite, Jade, and some others are the ones that shouldn’t be in touch with water.

How can I cleanse and charge my crystals and how often should I do that?

When it comes to cleansing the crystals, it is usually suggested to do it once they are received, and later once a month, unless the person feels the need to do it more often.
There are different cleansing methods for each crystal. The most common methods are leaving them in the moonlight overnight or washing them in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
