All nails are 100% handmade and custom-made for you.
Please double-check your sizes and request any changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including cases of incorrect sizing.

Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@poorguyshop.com.
  • After 24 hours, all sales are final as we will begin processing and preparing your order.
  • Please note: All payment and refund transactions may incur a handling fee (approximately 10%) charged by credit card companies or PayPal. This fee will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

     Because each set is handcrafted and made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or different style preferences.Please double-check your sizes using our Size Guide before ordering — we truly appreciate your understanding.

  • 💔 Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Item
    If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@poorguyshop.com with photos or any relevant proof. Once verified, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or a full refund to make things right. However, please note that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or local postal services are beyond our control and cannot be considered valid reasons for a refund. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost during transit, please email us immediately at hello@poorguyshop.com.
  • We will handle such cases with priority and provide solutions, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • Please double-check your size and style before placing an order to avoid unnecessary issues.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect address or unpaid customs duties/taxes can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
